In series one, Ricky Martin speaks to a number of guests who have first-hand experience interviewing candidates, reviewing CVs and onboarding talent in to their companies. Each share a brief insight in to their career to date as well as their tips and advice on “How to Get Hired”. This first series is the start of Ricky’s journey in understanding and unearthing some simple and impactful advice to help people to get hired more successfully. As part of this Ricky also asked each guest the same set of 20 questions in a quickfire round which you can watch in isolation on his YouTube channel via the links below.

Off the back of the success of Series 1 where real people did get hired Ricky was delighted to release a second series. In this series Ricky interviews another set of 6 guests who each have experience throughout the years representing a business, a brand or are a well know personality who has had to ensure they remain positive and productive no matter what. Two traits which are essential if you are wondering “How to Get Hired”. The production of this series started before the 2020 lockdown due to Covid-19 which is why you will see a change of format with 3 being recorded on site at the Hyper Recruitment Solutions office, and the other three remotely via zoom. To keep consistency across the series Ricky again asked each guest the same 20 questions in a quickfire round which are now included at the end of the full podcast audio, but can be seen in isolation by clicking the YouTube link under each guests name below.

There are a number of occasions where Ricky comes across exceptional recruitment professionals who are very much on their career journey. These professionals are busy building their expertise and careers, and while not part of the main podcast yet, each had some insights to share and joined Ricky for one of his “Quickfire Sessions”.
